I have had a long and successful career spanning nearly 50 years at the Dulux group.
I graduated with a degree in chemistry. While spending time in research & development over the last 20 years, I have had many senior roles across sales & marketing, operations, research and development and human resources within the company.
My major focus in the last 10 years has been sales & marketing in the Dulux business, delivering yearly profit growth.
In the past 15 years, I lead a sales team focused on coating systems for new residential housing.
The key to my success has been building strong teams who have clarity of purpose and work together to achieve personal and company objectives.
More recently I have been successfully mentoring individuals and groups in Work Life Balance that has helped in overcoming anxiety issues in dealing with the complexities of life.
