Balance isn’t something you find, it’s something you must create.
One of my greatest career achievements has been exactly that; successfully creating the perfect work life balance.
It wasn’t always the case for the 43 years of my career, but after an ‘aha’ moment and creating a master plan to juggle the daily complex issues as a father of 4 and a demanding executive career, I am living proof that it can be done.
The impacts of Covid-19 have shifted our way of life and for many of us, made us reflect on some of the simple things we often overlook in a busy working week.
Through measured focus, levelled clarity, honesty, an element of vulnerability and an incredible support network, you too can create the balance you may now realise you desire.
